menus often include seafood twice a week, with one being heart healthy. whole grains are used as often as possible.

every meal is created to deliver a perfectly balanced portion, great for lunch or dinner.

chef specials change weekly + include a variety of authentic cuisines.

we work a week out to ensure ample time for ordering, production + delivery.

menus are posted every sunday for the following week or you can subscribe to get the menus e-mailed directly to you.

we offer convenient delivery on monday's + service west of hwy 270 in the morning + east of hwy 270 in the afternoon.

meals are delivered in insulated bags + they are swapped out with your next order.

there are no subscriptions or minimums! simply order as frequently as you would like.
