Catering Process

First Steps 

Let's connect to discuss upcoming event details including overall concept, date and type of event, dietary and allergen requests and cuisine preferences.

Chef Sara will create a customized menu and e-mail it over with options to choose from. Seasonal Menus are offered in addition to Dietary Preference-Forward menus (vegetarian, vegan, religious practices, made with out allergen containing ingredients) and Globally-Inspired Menus (asian, indian, french, southern, korean, mexican, italian, persian, ethiopian just to name a few!)

    |  Traditional Coursed Dinners are 3-4 courses

    |  Tasting Menus are 6-8 courses 

    |  Appetizers & Hors D'oeuvres

Options are selected from menus and further customization can be made if desired - our goal is to ensure that everything meets the expectations and requests of our guests!

Next Steps 

Pricing is based on menu options selected, number of guests and type of event and is an all inclusive Price-Per-Person flate rate. This includes food, preparation, service, clean-up and chef / chef's time.

Deposit is requested to secure the date and is refundable under cancellation policy terms and conditions.

Final Steps 

Depending on size of event, chef / chef's will typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to event start to prepare food on-site.
